Return and Refund Policy

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Return of Goods)
In accordance with the European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the ordered product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original condition, meaning:

  • unused,
  • free of visible signs of wear,
  • in the original packaging (if applicable), with all included accessories and documents, if any.

2. Exclusions from the Right to Return
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:

  • products made to the customer's specifications (e.g., personalized items),
  • products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products, underwear),
  • perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@beatbroski.com to notify us of your intention to return the product and receive further instructions.
  2. Provide a withdrawal statement containing:
    • your full name,
    • order number,
    • name of the returned products,
    • date of receipt of the order.

(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.)

4. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
  • If the product shows signs of use or is damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to account for the depreciation in value.

5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints and Faulty Products
